VPBet Terms and Conditions

To register and use VPBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

When you register an account on VPBet, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. VPBet will not be held responsible for any losses that result from unauthorised use of your account where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your login information.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact VPBet support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to secure your account.

All deposits on VPBet are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support the following payment methods for deposits:

Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. VPBet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before initiating a deposit.

Deposits are credited to your VPBet account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the respective payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within a reasonable time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

VPBet reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit if required for verification or security purposes. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be held pending verification.

Withdrawal requests on VPBet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR directly to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked bank account or local bank account.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. This means you must have completed any identity verification steps that VPBet has requested. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

• VIP members receive priority processing on withdrawal requests, with faster turnaround times as part of their tier benefits.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed faster than those submitted over weekends or public holidays.
• You may only withdraw funds to accounts or wallets that are in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

VPBet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and is not a reason for concern.

When placing bets on VPBet — whether on cricket, PSL, football, tennis, esports or any other covered sport — the following rules apply to all wagers:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference from the platform. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a technical error or connection issue are not valid.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet is accepted. For live in-play betting, odds may change rapidly — the odds shown when you submit your bet slip are the odds that apply.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to each market and are displayed alongside the odds. VPBet reserves the right to set individual account betting limits where necessary.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period or abandoned before an official result is declared, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for particular sports and tournament formats are available in the Sports section.
• VPBet reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns or factual errors in the odds.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted and confirmed by the system, except where VPBet explicitly offers a cash-out or edit feature for a specific market.

Cricket betting on VPBet covers all formats — T20, ODI and Test matches — including Pakistan national team fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) games and international tournaments. Each format may have specific market rules; these are detailed within the relevant betting markets.

VPBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general bonus rules.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you need to wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Eligible Markets: Not all betting markets or casino games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. High-margin markets and certain slot games may contribute at a reduced rate. Each promotion specifies which products and markets count towards wagering.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire after a defined period if wagering requirements are not met within that time. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically along with any associated bonus balance.

• The account holder fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, money laundering or account manipulation is detected.
• The account appears to belong to or be operated on behalf of a minor.
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the account holder.
• The account has been dormant for an extended period with no activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances remaining after forfeiture of bonuses will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where closure is due to technical or administrative reasons rather than misconduct, real money balances will be returned to the account holder through their registered payment method.

You may close your own VPBet account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed normally.

VPBet operates the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform runs reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• VPBet is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the user's side, delays in payment processing by third-party providers or events outside VPBet's reasonable control.
